GRADUATE SCHOOL

The Graduate School oversees the operation of 69 master’s degree programs, two intermediate degree programs, five professional doctoral programs, 13 research/scholarship doctoral programs and 77 graduate certificate programs with an enrolled student body of more than 5,000 students. ECU is classified among the Doctoral/Research Universities by the Carnegie Foundation. Many programs are offered online or mostly online with flexible course structures that are helpful to part-time students.

ECU has more than 1,100 full-time faculty. The same faculty who teach face-to-face courses teach our online courses. Our students receive personalized attention and mentoring from our faculty in their courses, research and scholarly activities with a focus on practical, real-world experiences, promoting our core values of excellence, integrity, advocacy and collaboration.
