Holocaust Awareness Day set for April 17

The ECU Volunteer and Service-Learning Center is hosting the 9th annual Holocaust Awareness Day from 7 a.m. until 9:30 p.m. April 17 on the campus mall.
The event is held as part of national Days of Remembrance established by the U.S. Congress. Faculty, staff, student and community volunteers are needed to read the names of Holocaust victims. Luminaries will be lit to honor the victims.
