ECU Physicians plans for Friday weather

GREENVILLE, N.C.   (Jan. 25, 2013)   —   Clinic sites of ECU Physicians, the group medical practice of the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University, are working to get patients in for their appointments by 3 p.m. today with plans to close clinics at 5 p.m. 

The pediatric night clinic is closed tonight.

The schedule changes are in response to the threat of bad weather.

Accuweather predicts rain and sleet this afternoon beginning by 3 p.m.

Medical school classes and clerkship obligations will end at 3 p.m. today for students. Students on call today will end at 3 p.m. Students who are required to report for rounds on Saturday are expected to arrive by 8 a.m. They should call the department they are working with if they are unsure of travel conditions. Students working in areas not affected by adverse weather must report as normal.
