SO YOU WANT TO BE A NEWS SERVICES INTERN?

At News Services, we tell the stories of Pirate Nation — stories of students and faculty discovering treasure on our nearly 1,600-acre campus and beyond, of health care professionals pioneering advances in medicine, of researchers making breakthroughs and of alumni who are changing the world.

We tell these stories on our websites, ecu.edu and news.ecu.edu, and on our official university social media accounts. We also work with the news media to spread the word of important work and service and discoveries.

We’re looking for creative students who have an interest in telling the ECU story through writing, social media marketing and digital content production. One intern will work on main campus, and one intern will work on our Health Sciences campus with the communication team there.
