 The college opened in 1959 with five instructors and one office. Today it has 1,150 students enrolled across all programs and is located on the ECU Health Sciences Campus with the Brody School of Medicine, School of Dental Medicine, College of Allied Health Sciences and Laupus Health Sciences Library.
