Hur is an associate professor of Community and Regional Planning in Harriot College’s Department of Geography, Planning & Environment, and is the graduate program director for the new Master of Science in Planning and Development degree program. This new master’s degree is fully online and offers students both theoretical background, and practical skills and experience applicable to the planning profession at all levels of public, private and nonprofit sectors. ECU is now accepting applications for enrollment in the program and believes it will be a popular degree option for individuals who want to return to school after working in the field.
