One-dose COVID vaccine available March 19
ECU Physicians and Student Health Services will distribute a small allotment of the Johnson & Johnson one-dose COVID-19 vaccine on campus Friday, March 19.
Beginning today, those with preexisting conditions as defined in Group 4 of the Priority Vaccine Distribution Plan are eligible for vaccines in addition to those in groups 1-3. Appointments are available to ECU students, faculty and staff members in these groups.
The vaccination clinic will be held in the Croatan on main campus Friday, March 19 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
To schedule an appointment visit https://studenthealth.ecu.edu/covid/. Once you have secured an appointment you will need to complete the COVID-19 pre-registration and registration forms.
Please follow these steps:
- Bring your ECU ID badge or 1Card to your appointment. Health insurance information is requested but not required.
- Complete and bring the COVID-19 vaccine pre-registration and registration forms. Paper forms will be available at the clinic.

If you are unable to get a vaccine through ECU or ECU Physicians vaccination clinics, you are encouraged to use other clinic options.
