Halloween Week 2021
Several campus groups and organizations are hosting Halloween-themed events this spooky season. Don’t miss your opportunity to participate!

Saturday, Oct. 23
2-4 p.m. — Health Science Campus Trunk or Treat
Campus Recreation and Wellness, GPSS, Laupus Library, and Campus Activities and Events invite you to the annual Health Sciences Campus Trunk or Treat. This is a family-centered event focusing on our students, faculty and staff with children.
There will be free food, games, trick or treating, and a costume contest.
Tuesday, Oct. 26
7:07 p.m. — Make and Bake Brownies with Gwendy’s Goodies and SAB
Grab a free brownie kit and bake along with Gwendy from Gwendy’s Goodies as she makes delicious Halloween brownies. Appropriate for even the most inexperienced baker, this fun class is a great introduction into baking.
Kit Pick-up: Monday, Oct. 25 from 5:30-7 p.m. at the Main Campus Student Center Commons (across from Starbucks)
Virtual Class: Tuesday, Oct. 26 at 7:07 p.m. on Zoom (link will be sent out to all participants).
This class is only open to current ECU Students. Available kits include ingredients, recipes and pans.
Thursday, Oct. 28
4:30-6:30 p.m. — Make Your Own Pumpkin
Come join SAB and paint your own pumpkin! We will supply the paint, brushes, and decorations! Don’t miss out on this fun Halloween inspired event!
First come, first serve. Supplies are limited. RSVP to get event updates. RSVP does not guarantee participation in event.
Sunday, Oct. 31
8 p.m. to Midnight — Halloween Havoc 2021
ECU’s Annual Halloween Havoc is here! This year’s theme isHouse of Horrors! SAB has teamed up with Alpha Phi Alpha Inc., to make this year’s Halloween one of the most entertaining yet scariest event ever! Come dressed in your best costume and be ready to experience a Halloween like you’ve never experienced before!
You must have your 1Card in order to attend this event. There will be psychics, a Haunted House, an escape room, photo booth, free food, free t-shirts, and so much more!
