CAMPS AND CONFERENCES UPDATE

NEW UPDATE AS OF MAY 7: CLICK HERE TO READ THE CAMPS AND CONFERENCES UPDATE

PREVIOUS UPDATE (4/6):

As you know, this unprecedented and very rapidly changing COVID-19 situation has caused many disruptions. At this point, it is imperative that we do our very best to slow the progression of this virus in order to “flatten the curve” of those infected and avoid overwhelming our health system, which would ultimately risk our patients, our community, and our Greenville/Pitt County neighbors. This requires taking some significant, additional steps at this point.

All University-sponsored camps, clinics, activities, or programs associated with any University unit, department, or organization (whether hosted on or off University property) are canceled until June 30, 2020. This includes, but is not limited to, academic, student affairs, and athletic programs. Programs sponsored by external vendors but hosted on ECU property are likewise canceled or must be rescheduled for a later date.

Individuals or vendors who have already registered and paid for programs that are now canceled will receive a full refund of any deposits or that have been paid.

Additional information is forthcoming about programs after June. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we all adjust to this current normal.
