UPDATE FOR RESIDENCE HALL STUDENTS
Residence hall students:
Effective Monday, March 16, 2020 at 9 a.m., all students planning to return to an ECU residence hall will need to complete the online form below AND receive a confirmation email from ECU before you can access your room.
All questions on the form must be completed in full. Once submitted, all students will be contacted by a university staff member within 48 hours.
Students must NOT return to their residence hall until they have received an email confirmation and room access will be made available only to students that have been completed the online form below and received a confirmation communication.
Students who have been living in the residence hall and didn’t leave for spring break must report to the appropriate Neighborhood Service Office (NSO) and complete the form in person. The NSOs will be open on Monday, March 16 from 9 a.m. to noon. Note: Students going to the NSO should bring the ECU 1Card and, if at all possible, a mobile device (e.g. phone, tablet, etc.).
At this time, ECU is making every effort to limit the number of people living in the halls. You are not required to completely move your belongings out of your room at this time, but we are supportive of students spending a short period of time collecting items in their room before leaving. We understand special circumstances may exist that can impact a student’s need to remain living on campus. Additional information will be shared before 5 p.m. today.
Check your email for the link to register.
ECU will be providing additional information as events continue to evolve. Please continue to monitor your ECU email as well as official ECU communications (e.g. website, social media and alerts). Click here for the latest CDC information regarding Level 3 areas and more.
