New 5K and Fun Run benefits Department of Pediatrics
GREENVILLE, N.C. (May 31, 2013) — Lace up your running or walking shoes for the first Skedaddle for the Small Fries 5K and One-Mile Fun Run on Saturday, June 8.
Registration begins at 6:30 a.m. and the race starts at 8 a.m. at the Town Commons on First Street in Greenville.
Register for the race at http://www.runtheeast.com. Registration is $20 before June 8 and $25 on race day. The one mile Fun Run is $10 in advance or $15 on race day.
All proceeds benefit the East Carolina Pediatric Research Initiative, a non-profit organization working to improve the lives and health of eastern North Carolina children in its support of the Department of Pediatrics at East Carolina University’s Brody School of Medicine.
