One of ‘Greensboro Four’ to visit ECU Friday

Franklin McCain, one of the original Greensboro Four who participated in the 1960 Woolworth’s sit-in in Greensboro, will speak at ECU Sept. 14. He will address students in the Mendenhall Great Room at 1:30 p.m. and will be available for discussion again at 5 p.m. His appearance is sponsored by the Center for Student Leadership and Engagement.
