Dental school’s use of Yammer featured in national magazine

The East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine is featured in a U.S. News & World Report article on the use of the social media tool Yammer versus Facebook as an educational device in the classroom.

According to Dr. Todd Watkins, assistant dean for dental education and informatics, Yammer provides unique learning opportunities for teaching problem-solving skills to health professionals.
