ECU marks death of supervisor, staff advocate

East Carolina University Facilities Services supervisor Del Kingsland died July 13.
Kingsland was an active senator in the ECU Staff Senate and past chair of the ECU’s District 65 of the State Employees Association of North Carolina. Under his leadership, the district twice won district of the year.
