Tinsley Yarbrough

Tinsley Yarbrough, a longtime political scientist at East Carolina University in Greenville, N.C., is the author of many books on Supreme Courtmembers and is available for interviews about the future of the U.S. Supreme Court and of the death of Chief Justice William Rehnquist.

Yarbrough is the author of “The Rehnquist Court” and the “Constitution”(University of Oxford Press, 2000) and of the forthcoming “David Hackett Souter: Traditional Republican On The Rehnquist Court” (Oxford University Press, Sept., 2005).
