ECU dental school offering free dental work during student exams

Free dental screenings and select X-rays will be available at the East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine through February 28, 2019, for individuals 18 years or older who are interested in participating in dental board examinations for graduating students, scheduled for 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, March 1 and Saturday, March 2, 2019.

Patients who meet eligibility requirements for participation in the student exams will receive cleanings and/or fillings free of charge during the exams, which will take place at the dental school, located in Ledyard E. Ross Hall, 1851 MacGregor Downs Road, Greenville, N.C.

Screenings are by appointment only and last approximately one hour. They can be scheduled on weekdays by calling 252-737-7850.
